1. Who can I ship wine to with this service?
This service is intended for personal use shipments only — not for resale. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older. We recommend using a commercial address to increase the chances of successful delivery.
2. Can I ship any type of alcoholic beverage?
No. This service is exclusively for wine shipments. Other types of alcohol are not included.
3. Which states can receive wine shipments?
MBE holds an import license that allows delivery to all U.S. states.
4. Is there a limit to the number of bottles I can ship?
There is no specific limit for the number of bottles sent to individuals, but shipping rates will vary based on quantity.
5. How is the wine packaged?
The service includes polystyrene boxes with double outer cardboard protection, ensuring safe transit of your wine bottles.
6. What information must I provide?
All required fields must be filled out:
- Recipient's full name
- Complete shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Number of bottles
7. What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated transit time is 15 to 20 business days from the moment the goods leave our warehouse. This does not include customs delays or peak season slowdowns.
8. What happens if the shipment is lost or damaged?
In case of loss or breakage, MBE offers compensation of €15 per bottle.
9. Are there any extra fees or surcharges?
Yes. Please take into account the following:
- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico: €50 per box surcharge
- Address change after processing: €45
- Delivery attempts: 2 maximum. If unsuccessful:
- Return to U.S. warehouse: €50 per box
- New delivery request: €50 per box
- Storage after 7 days: €5 per day
10. What are the 2025 rates for additional bottles?
• Extra 3 bottles: €75
• Extra 6 bottles: €100
• Extra 12 bottles: €150

11. How do I purchase the service?
You can complete your order through the website https://pay.mbe318.es/es/ or by scanning the QR code found in your winery, wine shop, or retail location.
12. Who handles pickup at the store or winery?
The MBE team will pick up the wine directly from your store, wine shop, or winery. There’s no need to request a pickup — it is automatically scheduled once payment is completed.
13. Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After the shipment is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status at all times.
14. What happens if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery?
There will be up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to an MBE warehouse in the U.S. From there:
- A new delivery can be requested (€50 per box)
- Storage is free for 7 days; after that, a €5 per day fee applies
- Returns to Spain are not available
