Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the number of bottles.
Only the shipping cost will appear in the order form, as MBE WINE does not sell wine.
📦 Shipping Information: Deliveries and Exceptions
TRANSIT EXCEPTIONS: Refundable cases include loss or breakage.
In the event of loss or breakage, a refund of €15 per bottle will be issued.
TRANSIT TIMES:
15–20 business days from the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Does not include customs delays or peak season disruptions.
SURCHARGES:
- For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico: €50 per box.
- Address correction: €45.
DELIVERIES:
A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to one of our US warehouses.
RETURNS:
- Return cost: €50 per box
- Reshipping cost: €50 per box
- (Returns to Spain are not available)
- Returned items may be stored free for 7 days. After that, a €5/day storage fee applies.

- Only sealed, labeled, and undamaged bottles are accepted.
- The recipient must be of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
- Legal restrictions will be communicated before the order is completed.
- Shipped wine must be for personal use only.
- Our import license covers deliveries across all US states.
- No bottle quantity limit for private shipments.
- All shipments are duty and tax-free (DDP).
- You will receive a tracking email once the shipment is dispatched.
🧾 Order Cancellation
Once the shipment is confirmed and collected, cancellation is not possible, as the logistics, documentation, and specialized packaging process begins immediately.
In exceptional cases, please contact us immediately. We will assess whether cancellation is feasible if the order has not yet been processed, with a possible administrative fee.

Refunds for Loss or Breakage
MBE WINE ensures secure wine shipping. In the case of total or partial loss or breakage, we will refund €15 per affected bottle.
Returned Shipments Due to Recipient Absence
- Two delivery attempts will be made.
- If delivery fails, the shipment will be returned to a US warehouse.
- Returns to Spain are not available.

- Wine must be bottled, sealed, labeled, and in good condition.
- Shipments must be for personal consumption only.
- Recipient must be of legal drinking age in the destination country.
- Shipments are duty and tax-free (DDP).
- Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3–5 business days
USA: 15–20 business days
(not including customs delays or high-demand seasons)
- No quantity limit applies for private shipments, within legal boundaries of the destination country.
🧾 Additional Information
- MBE WINE is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs inspections, holidays, force majeure).
- The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information.
- Claims must be made within 7 days after delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period if no issue was reported.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING WINE TO THE UNITED KINGDOM (UK)
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These conditions apply exclusively to wine shipments from Spain to the United Kingdom (UK), contracted through our online platform https://pay.mbesws.es/es/. By using our services, the sender agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. SHIPPING CONDITIONS
- Quantity limits: For tax and customs purposes, the shipment must comply with the limits established for alcohol imports into the UK. It is recommended not to exceed 48 bottles per shipment when selling to individuals.
- Packaging: The wine must be shipped in certified packaging for glass bottles, resistant to impact and leak-proof. MBE will handle proper packaging of the bottles.
- Transport and freight forwarders: MBE works with authorized freight forwarders and logistics operators specialized in international transportation of alcoholic beverages.
3. CUSTOMS AND TAXATION IN THE UK
- Customs clearance: All shipments are subject to import clearance in the UK. The recipient may be required to pay:
- Customs duties (if applicable)
- UK import VAT (currently 20%)
- Excise Duties applicable to wine, depending on alcohol content and volume
- Tax responsibility: In general, the recipient in the UK will be responsible for paying the import taxes.
- Customs delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance times. MBE is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or incomplete documentation.
4. RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
- Prohibited items:
- Shipments to underage individuals in the UK are not accepted.
- It is not permitted to ship wine with incomplete labels, missing mandatory information, or without a batch number.
- Excluded areas:
- Shipments to Northern Ireland are not available via this platform.
- For shipments to the Channel Islands, prior consultation with MBE is required.
5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
- All shipments include basic insurance for loss or damage, in accordance with international transport regulations.
- MBE is not responsible for holds, returns, or fees imposed by UK authorities.
6. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
- Cancellations are not accepted once the shipment has been collected.
- Returns from the UK to Spain must be handled as new shipments, subject to additional costs and new customs procedures.
7. DATA PROTECTION
- The sender agrees to the processing of their data for logistical and customs purposes, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.
- The recipient's data may be shared with logistics operators in the UK to comply with import and customs procedures.
